The challenge
Delegation is an emotional purchase disguised as an operational one. The buyer is a business owner who intellectually knows they should delegate and has usually been burned trying — a bad hire, weeks of training, no return.
So the objection is never "do I need help." It is "will this actually work, and how much of my time will it cost me before it does." A generic outsourcing pitch confirms exactly the fear it needs to dispel.
What I built
The funnel leads with a quantified promise — get back 40-plus hours every month — because a number is arguable in a way that "save time" is not. It converts a vague benefit into a figure the owner can weigh against what their own hour is worth, which is precisely the calculation the page then invites them to make.
The speed objection is answered immediately: fully vetted, trained and done-for-you assistants, running in as little as 72 hours. Each phrase kills a specific fear — vetting removes hiring risk, trained removes the onboarding cost, done-for-you removes the management burden, and 72 hours removes the delay.
Proof is carried by named, specific outcomes rather than testimonials in the abstract: a law firm hiring a secretary and paralegal, a client scaling past fifty thousand a month, an assistant onboarded in 72 hours who closed ten thousand in deals in month one, ten hours a week saved, four hours a day saved. Specificity is what makes them credible. The process is then laid out step by step — onboarding, build and recruit, meet your finalists, ready to start — so the buyer sees exactly where their involvement begins and ends.
Outcome
The funnel converts by pricing the buyer’s own time, then dismantling the delegation objections one at a time with named outcomes and a visible process.
