The challenge
Pest control is an urgent, local, high-intent purchase. Someone with a problem searches for their specific pest and their specific town, then calls one of the first credible results. A site that does not answer both halves of that query never enters the running.
The added complication is the natural angle — customers choosing a chemical-free service need reassurance that it actually works, not just that it is safer.
What I built
A WordPress site organised around how customers search rather than how the business is organised internally. Individual service pages cover common Florida pests separately, because ants and termites are different searches with different urgency and different money attached — collapsing them into one Services page means ranking for neither.
A dedicated service-area section covers the towns the company treats. Local intent is half of every query in this market, and a page that names the town is what lets the site answer "pest control near me" for somewhere specific rather than competing generically across Florida.
The homepage leads with the natural, family-safe positioning and pairs it with the reassurance that angle needs — natural solutions, local expertise and guaranteed results, placed above the fold. A gallery supplies visual proof of completed work, which does more for a hesitant customer than another paragraph of copy. Contact and quote actions repeat down the page with the phone number pinned in the header.
Outcome
On-page and technical SEO were applied throughout, targeting the pest-plus-location searches that drive this market. New service areas are added as pages rather than lines on an existing one, so the site keeps earning visibility as coverage expands.
