The challenge

Most realtor websites are listing feeds with an agent photo attached. That is the right shape for buyers browsing inventory and completely the wrong shape for sellers, who are the higher-value client and are choosing a person, not a property.

A seller deciding who lists their home is weighing trust, local knowledge and negotiating ability. None of that is communicated by a grid of houses.

What I built

The site is built around the seller instead. It targets the specific counties served — Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield — because a homeowner does not search for a realtor generically; they search their own area, and a site that names those counties can answer that query where a national brand page cannot.

The hero speaks directly to the outcome the seller wants, framed around their home being sold with clarity, confidence and stronger results. The supporting copy is written in the agent’s own voice about blending strategy, design and skilled negotiation — a personal argument rather than a corporate one, which is what the seller is actually evaluating.

The contact route is deliberately low-friction and conversational, with a simple "Let’s talk" prompt repeated through the page rather than a formal enquiry form. Sellers at the research stage are rarely ready to fill in a long form, and a lighter ask captures them earlier.

Outcome

The site positions the agent as the product and targets seller-intent searches in named counties, giving it something to rank for that a generic listings site cannot compete on.
