The challenge

Alliance Health Care positions itself as a partner and innovator in healthcare rather than a simple supplier, and it serves two distinct groups: existing members who need support, and prospective partners still deciding whether the company is right for them.

Those groups want opposite things from the same homepage. A member arrives with a specific problem and wants the fastest route to help. A prospect knows nothing and needs the credibility case made before they will make contact at all. Collapsing both into one generic contact form loses both.

What I built

A structured WordPress site built with Elementor, organised around that split. The two audiences are separated at the point of contact — a general inquiry route for prospective partners and a dedicated member support route for existing members — so each reaches the right team without manual triage.

The homepage leads with positioning, carrying the credibility argument before any request for contact details. Products and services are grouped into clear categories with their own landing areas rather than one flat catalogue page, and dropdown navigation exposes that depth from every page.

A news section gives the company somewhere to publish updates, which does double duty: it reassures prospective partners that the business is active, and it gives the site a steady supply of fresh indexable content. Healthcare handles personal information, so the site also carries a properly structured privacy policy covering collection, use, holding, disclosure, correction and complaints.

Outcome

Members and prospects each get a direct path to what they need, and the team adds product lines, news posts and service copy themselves as the business grows.
